We have become completely obsessed with them ever since we noticed the gelatin cake story in Gather Journal. We love all the weird colors and molds you can use to make these glowing, jelly gems. We also love how you can make a gelatin cake ultra sophisticated with a molded floral surprise inside. Very neat.
